Rumi was a poet who believed in the growth and constant expansion of human beings. His poems speak of unquenchable thirst to know the essence of all things.

Our mission is more than simply creating delicious baked goods that happen to be gluten-free. We question conventional thinking and expand our horizons, using our new-found knowledge to improve what we do and who we become.

As a dedicated gluten-free, wheat-free bakery, we specialize in wedding cakes, custom birthday cakes, and cupcakes. Everything is baked daily from scratch. We also offer bread, muffins, cookies and much more. Our mission is not only to make simply delicious baked goods but also to follow our journey to grow as human beings.
