Background: With a unique effervescent spritz, Broadbent uses native yeast in fermentation and stays true to traditional practices in making Portuguese Vinho Verde.
Pinia Rosé Notes: White Peach, Citrus, Mulberry
Pair: Hard Cheese & Summer Salads
Background: This beautiful rosé hails from Corsica, an island off the south of France. Blended with 70% Sciacarellu, 30% Grenache. Dedicated to the huge Pinia forest of pines that border the white sand beaches near the vineyards.
Le Salse Verdicchio Notes: Green Apple, Tangerine, Salt
Pair: Oysters, Grilled Calamari
Background: A part of the FUSO project that propels sustainable and affordable wine from Italy. Certified organic. Le Salse refers to the salt springs found running below the town of Matelica.
Art of Earth Sangria Notes: Fresh Lime & Rainbow Sherbet
Pair: Spanish/Mexican Street Food, Pizza
Background: From Castilla La-Mancha in Central Spain, A red blend of Organic Grapes turns into a delicious, lightly fizzy Sangria.
