Is there an order minimum?

There is $50 minimum for most orders. There is no minimum when you pick-up at Simply Fresh Market in Brighton, MI.

What if you're out of stock of an item?

The item will be removed from your bill and you will not be charged for it. In most cases, we have an available substitution and you will be contacted to see if you are ok with substituting the item.

Are there any other fees?

To help cover fuel, vehicle maintenance and labor costs, all orders are charged a flat $10 shipping & handling fee. There are no fees on orders picked up at Simply Fresh Market or on orders over $149.

Can you deliver directly to my home?

Yes! We are only offering home delivery currently.

How will my order be billed?

As part of your account set-up, a current credit card is required for default billing. Cards will be charged one day prior to your delivery date after items have been weighed and packed.

Can I edit my order?

Even after your order has been submitted, you can edit anytime before your order is processed. Add items simply by shopping the store as normal. Remove any items by selecting your order details. If you're having difficulties editing your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to solve the issue.

How much freezer space will I need?

As a general rule of thumb, one cubic foot of freezer space will hold up to 25 pounds of meat.

Are the products seasonal or available year-round?

The majority of our products are available year-round with the exception of certain produce items.

How long will products last in the freezer?

Most cuts will remain fresh up to one year from the process date; pork and fish are six months. Once any product has been thawed, it should be cooked within two to three days.

How is meat packaged?

Meat is individually frozen and tightly wrapped in cryovac packaging.

How is my order packaged?

Your items will always be packed in boxes or bags for your convenience.
