Greek Meatball Bowls

Ingredients (Shop All):


  1. Make Greek Meatballs according to this recipe. Boil a large pot of water and cook orzo according to directions. Drain pasta when it is fully cooked.
  2. Once orzo is cooked, divide orzo into bowls and top with meatballs, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, garbanzo beans, a dollop of hummus and tzatziki, pita chips, a slice of lemon, and if you desire, parsley.

**Alternatively, you can put out all of these ingredients in bowls and make it so everyone can serve themselves and build their own bowls which makes for a fun meal. Enjoy!!
