Dauwalder brought his talents to the United States & today it is one of the premier cheese retailers east of the Mississippi River & continues to be the primary outlet for the local farms in the region. The relationship between the farmers & the Dauwalder’s is personal, and together are committed to providing the finest and healthiest cheese in the region.
